Needed To Place An Order |
- Which "Door Style" you want to use
- Fax us a floor plan or rough sketch of the kitchen showing
exact dimensions and locations of walls, windows, and doors
(Include window and door casing as part of window or door
width)
- Print out & fax our printable order form along with
your floor plan
- Include your complete "Ship To:" name &
address, email address, & phone number
- Be sure to include your zip code
- Fax to 662-963-2047
- If you cannot send a fax, a scanned email copy is acceptable

We do our best to
return quotes within 24 to 48 hours. When you place an order
you will receive
an itemized invoice listing each piece ordered. You will
not be billed until you have exact freight costs, &
an approximate ship date.

- Cabinetry must be paid for in full in advance before
orders will be processed. We encourage the
use of a credit card for payment if you are uneasy about
placing an order over the Internet or with
a company you are not fully aware of. Using your credit
card gives you a great deal of protection

- We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money
orders, and wire transfers.
- Once you are ready to place an order, we will be happy
to furnish you with references from
customers across the US who have previously purchased from
us. They can tell you a great
deal about the quality of our cabinetry & how well we
treat our customers.
- Please contact us if you have any unanswered questions
about our billing policies.
- Before we accept any payments, we will fax or e-mail you
an itemized invoice for your approval,
stating type of cabinetry, door style, & approximate
lead time for shipping. This invoice lists each
cabinet, molding, & accessory you will receive.

| Security Issues |
We understand you may have concerns about dealing
with a company you may not
be familiar with over the Internet. We've taken several steps
to help you feel more comfortable & sure about dealing
with us.

- First, you can pay for your purchase with Visa, Master
Card. or American Express. Using a major
credit card offers you a great deal of protection. These
credit card companies will stand behind the
consumer in the event of fraud. If you do not receive the
product ordered, or have an unresolved
problem, you have the right to contact the credit card company
and issue a complaint. If the
complaint is legitimate and goes unresolved, the credit
card company will refund your money to
you and charge back our account.
- Second, we have found many people are weary of sending
their personal credit card information
over the Internet, even on a secure server. For this reason,
we can handle taking your information
either by fax or by phone. The best way is to print out
one of our order forms & fax it to us along
with a floor plan or sketch of your kitchen.

| Damaged Goods Policy |
In
the unlikely event you should receive a
damaged item, please follow these steps.
|
|
1.
Upon delivery of your new cabinetry, make an inspection
to make sure there is no damage. If there are signs
of possible concealed damage, such as a tear on
the packaging, please make a note of this when you
sign for receipt of shipment.
2. Should you find a damaged cabinet, determine
if it was damaged during shipping or if it appears
to have left the factory damaged.
3. Call or e-mail us as soon as possible &
tell us the problem.
4. If the damage was incurred during shipping,
then a freight claim must be filed. We will handle
this.
5. Determine the extent of damage. If a cabinet
only has a bent hinge or cracked door, etc. then
a new repair part can be sent out. If the cabinet
box is damaged, you may need a complete new cabinet
for replacement. Small items such as a hinge or
door can be sent out quickly & without us needing
the old part back.
6. If a complete cabinet must be replaced, then
we ask you to send the damaged piece back to us,
(we pay the freight, costing you nothing but a small
amount of time). The freight company may ask for
the damaged cabinet if it is determined that the
cabinet was damaged during transit. Either way,
we will rush order a replacement cabinet to you.

| Returned Goods Policy |
To avoid having a problem,
we make every effort possible to make sure we have your
order correct before shipping it. You can order an actual
door sample or cabinet to see exactly how your cabinetry
will look. We have you check and recheck your measurements
to be sure they are correct. All the exact specifications
for our cabinetry are listed here on the web site so that
nothing gets misrepresented.
The only real place for error is if we get a wrong measurement
from you, so always double check your measurements. We
will send you an itemized list of the cabinetry we are
shipping you so you can study it and be sure everything
is correct and that every cabinet will fit correctly.
Your itemized list will include the cabinet height and
width, the door style, and any special moldings or accessories.
We work very close with you up front to be sure we have
everything correct before we even accept an order. This
generally insures no problem later. |

| In the event we should
error, and a cabinet is not the right size or for any
reason is not as shown on your itemized list, then we
will quickly replace it, repair it, or send you the missing
parts free of charge. If a cabinet is ordered wrong by
you and you need to return it and exchange it for another
size, then you will be responsible for the shipping charges
back to us, plus freight of the new cabinet to you. |

| RGA Numbers
- If for any reason you are returning an item to us, you
must first get an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number
from us. We will not accept return delivery on any items
that do not have an RGA number. |

Please be sure
you have the correct door style & cabinet sizes you
want before placing an order. We do not accept return
of full kitchens because a customer has "changed
their mind". Please be sure of what you want before
placing an order. We hope you understand and agree with
our "Returned Goods Policy" and look forward
