| Frequently Asked Questions |
| 1. Is your cabinetry
assembled or do I have to put it together? |
| Our cabinetry is shipped to
you "ready to assemble" or RTA for short. The door
comes mounted on a solid wood face frame. You must install
the side panels, top, bottom, back, & shelves. Drawer
boxes must also be assembled. Assembly is an easy & quick
task with our simple cam lock system. Once assembled you will
have a very durable all wood framed cabinet that will give
you years of trouble free service. You will find our framed
all wood ready to assemble cabinets are far more rigid and
durable than the frameless style ready to assemble kitchen
cabinets you see in many Home Centers. For exact details on
assembly, visit our How To Assemble
page. |

| 2. What information
do you need to furnish a quote? |
| First, pick out a door style
you like. Second, furnish us with either a list of cabinetry
or a floor plan of your kitchen. Also, we will need your zip
code in order to figure freight. Fax or e-mail us this information
along with your phone number. You will receive a quote on
delivered cabinetry from us in one to three days, depending
on the time we receive it. We will need a floor plan with
accurate dimensions before actually placing an order. |
|
| 3. How long will
it take to receive my order once it's placed? |
| Orders are processed, pulled,
palletized, & shipped as soon as possible. Most orders
ship in 7to 10 days from when the order is placed. |
|
| 4. How do you
ship the cabinetry? |
| On very small orders, your
cabinetry may be shipped by UPS or Fed-Ex Ground services.
For large, full kitchen orders, the cabinetry will be palletized
and shipped by a common carrier freight line. |
|
| 5. How will I
know when my cabinetry will arrive? |
| We will call or email you
once your cabinetry has shipped to give you the name of your
shipment's carrier, the phone number of their terminal in
your area, and the shipment number for your order. You can
then call the terminal to get an exact day of delivery. If
the order is shipped by UPS or Fed-Ex, we will give you a
tracking number so you may track your order online. |
|
| 6. What if I receive
a damaged cabinet? |
| Damage is rare, but it can
happen. All of our cabinetry is boxed for safe shipment. Common
carrier shipments are palletized & strapped for extra
protection. Should you receive a damaged item, notify us at
once. We will send you a replacement part out on a rush order.
Be sure to indicate on any receiving tickets from a freight
carrier what items are damaged. If damage is not noticed until
the package is opened (known as concealed damage) call the
freight carrier & have them send a rep out to verify damage.
We will handle all damage claims, but we must have documentation.

|
| 7. How much will
shipping cost? |
| Shipping costs will vary,
depending on your location and the size of your order. An
average freight cost on a full kitchen is 10% to 15% of the
cost of the order. On small orders shipped by UPS pr Fed-Ex
Ground, this figure may be higher. The larger the order, the
lower the freight cost per cabinet will be. Feel free to contact
us with a list of cabinets & your zip code so we can calculate
an exact freight cost. Freight rates on out of state orders
will be greatly offset by the fact that no sales tax is charged. |
|
| 8. Can I feel
safe making this kind of purchase from you over the Internet?
|
| Many people have concerns
about ordering on line. We suggest you purchase your cabinetry
using a major credit card. Credit cards offer you a great
deal of protection. Master Card or Visa will stand behind
the consumer in the event of fraud. Also note we are a long
standing member of the Better Business Bureau's On Line Reliability
Program. You may verify this by clicking the BBB emblem at
the bottom of this page. |
|
| 9. How do I place an order? |
| There are several ways to place an order.
You may call or email us with a list of cabinets & your
zip code & we will provide you with a detailed delivered
cost. The easiest way to order is to print out the online
order form, fill it out, & fax it to us. Be sure to include
a sketch or floor plan of how you plan to lay out the cabinets.
Please call or email us with any questions. |
|
| 10. How can I get a sample
or see a cabinet before I buy a complete kitchen? |
We keep W1530 Wall Cabinets in stock
for quick shipment. You may order one of these cabinets
for inspection. Once you receive it & inspect it, you
may return it for a full refund if you decide you do not
want to order the cabinetry. To receive a full refund, the
cabinet must be returned in the original carton, complete
with all parts, & in good condition. Please be careful
as you open and inspect the cabinet. Be sure to note how
everything comes out of the box so you may repack it in
the same way. Your only cost will be the cost of sending
the cabinet back to us. A single cabinet can be sent either
UPS or Fed-Ex Ground.
A sample "door only" or stain "color block"
may also be ordered. For more info on how to get a sample
visit our Order Samples page.
